We are August and Rudolf Hafner – brothers, builders, and a well-rehearsed team.

Growing up in a large family in Sankt Pongratzen, we learned early on what solidarity, reliability and hard work mean. These values still guide us today and form the foundation of our company.

After many years of professional experience and numerous projects at other companies across different industries, the time felt right to realise our shared vision: with the founding of our own construction company, we set out to create building projects defined by quality, precision and a handshake you can trust.

With our first project, Alpin Residences Nassfeld, we combine modern living with the unique charm of the alpine region. Our goal was to make the alpine lifestyle tangible in both architecture and interior design – high-quality, timeless, and with great attention to detail.

Careful planning, precise execution and open, honest collaboration with our clients come first for us. Because we are convinced: a successful building project is built not only from concrete and bricks, but above all from trust.
